二、个人简介
李硕,男,1976年生,博士,研究员,研究生导师。2006年7月毕业于清华大学,获生物学专业生化与分子生物学方向理学博士学位。2006年12月至2011年11月在美国国立健康研究院(National Institutes of Health)从事博士后研究工作,2012年5月通过人才引进进入天津师范大学生命科学学院工作,在The Journal of Neuroscience、Endocrinology、American Journal of Physiology-Endocrinology and Metabolism、Biochimica et Biophysica Acta (BBA) – Biomembranes、Purinergic Signalling、FEBS J、Molecular Immunology、Innate Immunity、Fish & Shellfish Immunology等专业期刊发表SCI 论文 40 余篇(含第一作者一区SCI论文20余篇),累计他引1000 余次。
三、研究方向
研究方向:细胞外核苷(酸)信号在鱼类天然免疫中的作用及相关分子机理。
研究内容:①鱼类胞外ATP信号分子释放的分子机制。②胞外ATP信号对鱼类天然免疫应答的调节作用。③胞外核苷酸受体结构、表达、通道特性及功能研究。④胞外ATP信号在鱼类细胞凋亡中的作用。⑤鱼类胞外ATP天然免疫信号通路的调控机制。
四、科研成果
科研项目:主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、天津市自然科学基金重点项目、天津市高校中青年骨干创新人才推进计划项目各1项,主持完成项天津市自然科学基金、国家留学回国人员科研启动基金、天津市教委高等学校科技发展基金、天津师范大学中青年学术创新计划各1项。
